Wolf Construction Corporation is providing Pre-Construction Consulting and Construction Management Services for a full-building renovation, excavating one story below and adding two stories to the top of the building.  Installation of structural shear walls, two new elevators, and new building systems are integral parts of this project.  High end finishes accentuate the entry, main lobby, and six floors of tenant space, bringing this building into the 21st century.
